Jenna Dewan Tatum just might be the person to inspire you to hit the gym!
The actress is putting her rock-hard abs on full display on the cover of the July/August issue of Women's Health -- and wow, she's clearly been working on her fitness.
In the cover shot, Channing Tatum's other half leaves little to the imagination in a blue and white bikini, which she pairs with a loose white button-down.
The ultra-fit mom tells the mag that she stays in shape with 45-minute power workouts. "I get in, do my thing, and then I'm able to go pick up [my 3-year-old daughter] Everly from school. It gives me energy."
Tatum also reveals that working out alone doesn't cut it for her. "I need somebody to motivate me," she says of taking classes. "I like the motivation of having somebody watching over and giving me inspiration."
In addition to her intense workouts, the proud mama sticks to a vegan diet -- but she hasn't been able to get her hunky hubby to follow suit.
"He really did try to be vegan for six months," she admits. "The guy doesn't like vegetables, which makes it tough. It was hard in the beginning because you want someone to be on the same page, but you've got to let people be themselves."
The couple couldn't be more in love -- and Jenna understands why Channing has so many female fans!
"I think he's the sexiest thing in the world, so of course I get why other people think it," she declares. "It's always fun and we laugh about it."
