America Ferrera competed in a triathlon and attended one of the biggest award shows of the year this weekend ... what'd you do?
The "Superstore" actress hit the red carpet on Sunday for the 68th Annual Emmy Awards, where she revealed she had just done the Nautica Triathlon in Malibu the day before.
"I'm as proud of committing to it and doing it as I am just about everything else I've done in my life," she told E!'s Giuliana Rancic on the carpet.
"It was incredible. I'm just so grateful for my body and how healthy it is and how strong it is and that I'm able," she added. "That was my one main thought, I'm so grateful I'm able to do this."
The 32-year-old participated in the event to raise money for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
"Doing it for a bigger cause was also incredibly inspiring and kept my head in a great space," she told Rancic. "I have an able, beautiful, strong body and I couldn't be more grateful."
America looked stunning on Sunday at Emmys in a midnight blue sequin gown from Jenny Packham.
