Looking like these two takes a lot of work.
Tiffany "New York" Pollard and "Shahs of Sunset" star Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi appeared on Monday's episode of "The Doctors" to come clean about their plastic surgery pasts.
First up was the former "Flavor of Love" star, who spoke about her nose job and breast implants.
"I probably need a little bit of a reduction, huh doc?" she said after walking out on stage, her chest extremely hard to miss.
"I've had a lot done," she went on. "I had my nose done. It's the best nose in the world for me, because it aligned my face."
"I love my father with all my heart, but I don't want to walk around with his big ass nose," Pollard joked, before revealing she also had her buccal fat pads removed to "give me more symmetry to my face."
"Plastic surgery has a really bad rap, and I don't like that," the 34-year-old explained. "So, I'm a little bit of an advocate for it."
Gharachedaghi -- who says she's "always putting something somewhere" -- is another surgery advocate.
"I love to be very open and put it out there what I've done," added "GG," who has gone through quite the transformation over the last few years.
"It started when I was 19, with my nose. I was just an insecure person and I thought all my problems were right on my face. It didn't change anything, I was still an insecure person," she reflected. "At 27 I started fillers, and then it's been boobs, lipo of the stomach, lipo of the back, contouring, putting fat into my booty, lips. I'm sure there's a lot more I'm forgetting right now."
She added that she has no regrets and will likely get "more and more and more and more" as she gets older.
