'The View' Pounds Ted Cruz Over Porn Fiasco

The Twitter "like" seen round the web was the hottest topic of the day on "The View," as the women all sounded off on Ted Cruz's account giving some love to a porn video on social media.

"Do you think his constituents are like a little, what the hell?" moderator Whoopi Goldberg asked the panel at the top of the show on Tuesday.

Sara Haines chimed in saying she didn't think it was a hack, but Cruz himself who clicked the little heart on Twitter.

"When you hack an account, you post something. You don't just do likesy likesy on different things," she explained. "You go big or you go home. I think what happened is he hit a button and regretted it."

For Joy Behar, the mental image was not a welcome one.

"Just the words 'Cruz' and 'porn' can drive me into celibacy," she joked. "My head is spinning at the thought that he's there, liking."

Jedediah Bila then read a tweet from Cruz's former college roommate, who said, "Now imagine Ted Cruz is doing this four feet below you in the bottom bunk bed. Yes, my misery very much appreciates your company."

The women all discussed Cruz's conservative past, which included a 2007 war against sex toys.

"When you're pent up, it eventually explodes!" Haines added.
