USA Today reported Monday that Selina Kyle, the woman behind the cat mask, says "yes" to Bruce Wayne's marriage proposal in DC Comics' "Batman" issue 32.
Wayne had proposed to Kyle in issue No. 24, which came out this past summer, and now she finally accepts his proposal.

View StoryBut that doesn't necessarily mean the engagement will last or their marriage will work out if the crime-fighting couple actually makes it to the alter.
The issue's writer, Tim King, told USA Today "we're going to explore this."
"Some people are going to think, 'Oh, my gosh, he's gone insane, we need to fix him.' And others will go, 'He's gone sane. We finally have a Batman we've been looking for,'" King said. "Most superheroes, you make them happy and you end conflict — you give Spider-Man a wife and where do you go from there? But Batman's the opposite: You give him happiness and you create conflict, because he's fundamentally a sad character."
So place your bets on whether this union works out, and how long it will take Hollywood to adapt it.
