'RHOA' Fight of the Night: Things Get Ugly When Kim Zolciak Accuses NeNe Leakes of Living in 'Roach Nest'

NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Shereé Whitfield, Porsha Williams, Eva Marcille, Marlo Hampton and Shamea Morton jetted to Barcelona for a little R&R. Kenya Moore opted out of the trip, as did Kim Zolciak, which really seemed to bother NeNe.

"Kim is the only person I know that has had cancer, thyroids, blood clots, open-heart surgery, a stroke, and is still walking around here being negative," NeNe said once the women got to Barcelona. "Swear to God. If you've had that much, you should be so positive and thankful that God has let you live through every disease in America."

Last week, Kim told the ladies she didn't feel comfortable going on the trip without her husband, Kroy Biermann, given her past medial history, which included having once had a stroke after getting off a flight.

Following NeNe's outburst, Shereé and Porsha ended up calling Kim to fill her in, and Kim absolutely lost it.

Later that night, while the ladies were having dinner, Kim sent everyone but NeNe a very long text, which Porsha read out loud.

"NeNe is sick and disgusting, and I'm not just speaking on the fact that she made fun of a SERIOUS health issue I had," Kim wrote. "But I'm also speaking on the fact that she lives in a f-cking roach nest. For someone who has two beautiful kids and an amazing husband, she should be worried about karma. But this is coming from the same person who takes handicapped spots from the handicapped. I swear NeNe has no limits."

The text came loaded with the Snapchat video Kim's daughter, Brielle Biermann, took during NeNe's explosive all-white party earlier in the season. The video showed roaches crawling around NeNe's bathroom floor.

"F-ck Kim, OK?" NeNe shouted. "As far as my house is concerned, can't none of y'all bitches step in my crib and say a motherf-cking thing. Bitch, all my shit is brand new with real tags on it, bitch, with real labels. So f-cking cut it off, bitch. Please don't get my wig in a motherf-cking bunch. F-ck Kim. And that I live in a roach-infested house? Honey, her daughter is disgusting, honey. My motherf-cking house is brand-spanking-motherf-cking neeewwww."

"She's a trashy, no-good bitch," NeNe continued. "She's always been trash, and she's always gone be trash. That was so calculated and disgusting. She's a disgusting, bald-head bitch."

NeNe later told Bravo cams, "I can't believe that Kim had the audacity to run around and act like I got roaches in my house. I'm sure she's got worms inside of her ass, OK? Worms, honey. Everything I have, I have worked my ass off for. Unlike you, honey, spreading your legs every chance you get with married men, women. I didn't have to do any of that. I worked for mine. And I spread my legs when I feel like it. How about that?"
