It will be hard for so-bad-it's-good cinema to ever top Tommy Wiseau's "The Room," but his portrayal of DC Comics villain The Joker is certainly awful.
The notoriously awful actor put his, uh, unique spin on the Batman villain in a video for Nerdist, which described video released Monday as "a chance to show the world what he can bring to this legendary role!"
Tommy Wiseau Is Still Whining About Love in Teaser Trailer for His New Sci-Fi Movie 'Scary Love'
View StoryAs you'll see in the video below, all he really brings is his usual awkward delivery of lines, still coated in that ambiguous accent, and comically bad choices, like crying at one point.
We'll give him this, though -- he's definitely got the right look for the part. We'd take dancing with the devil over running into Wiseau dressed as The Joker in the pale moonlight, any night of the week.
The audition tape kicks off with Wisaeu screaming at the camera before delivering this Heath Ledger Joker classic: "What doesn't kill you makes you stranger."
It's all downhill from there, getting even worse when his creative partner, Greg Sestero, steps in as the Dark Knight. Enjoy!
