"The Real Housewives of New York" is only on the season's second episode, but there's already serious drama.
The day after Dorinda Medley's Halloween party (which she doesn't really remember), she and Sonja Morgan went for a walk in the city to catch up. Last year, Sonja opened up her townhouse to friend and last season's newcomer Tinsley Mortimer, but Tinsley left on some not-so-great terms. She's now a real life Eloise, living it up in a hotel that Sonja said costs almost $10k a month.

View Story"Now [she's] in a hotel when [she] could have been at my place, rent free," Sonja told Dorinda during their walk. Dorinda let her know that Tinsley and her boyfriend, Scott, had broken up, and Sonja said she had "heard that through the grapevine," insinuating that she and Tinsley's relationship is still strained. "She's happy in the hotel," Dorinda said.
"You know [Scott's] paying the hotel," Sonja said. "She didn't spend not one cent when she was at my house, not one chocolate bar for Conner, not one birthday gift for me. When he came on the scene, that's when everything started to be paid for."
When Dorinda tried to defend Tinsley's name, Sonja said, "I've known her a long time, lovey. I knew she didn't have a pot to piss in. That's why I invited her to come live with me."
Poor Dorinda kept trying to diffuse the situation and reminded Sonja that Tinsley's family does come from money.
"Uh, not to pay for $9 thousand a month rent," Sonja replied. "That's why she stayed with the guy in Palm Beach! She likes to be with a guy and be taken care of. Some women like that."
"For me, it doesn't add up that Tinsley would leave a beautiful townhouse to pay $10 thousand a month," Sonja later told Bravo cams. "That's all I'm saying. Listen, if he's not paying, then I would say that's a dumbass move."

View StoryBy this point, "the hair on the back of" Dorinda's neck was standing. Already upset that Sonja said she looked fat at her Halloween party, Dorinda was happy to go running to Tinsley to tell her that Sonja had talked about her "horribly," too.
"She was like, 'She didn't buy that gift card. She doesn't buy anything. You know, Tinsley came to New York for one thing -- to get a man to pay for everything. He pays for her rent, he pays for her room, he pays for the gift card,'" Dorinda told Tinsley when the two got together for lunch. "So insinuating that you're a kept woman."
"Let me just be clear," Tinsley replied. "It's not that I couldn't pay for my own place. She was acting like this would be a safe haven to get your feet back on the ground. I did not know what I was walking into."

View StoryDorinda told Tinsley she planned on confronting Sonja and her "fraudulent behavior" while the ladies were in The Berkshires and asked Tinsley to "back" her. Tinsley agreed, telling Dorinda, "This is my reputation! I need to defend myself. To imply that my boyfriend -- first of all, he's not even my boyfriend--"
"Like you're an escort!" Dorinda interrupted. "Like you're a kept woman!"
"Well, I must be damn good then," Tinsley quipped.
"Honey, I don't know what you did for that watch, but teach me!" Dorinda joked back.
In other news, Luanna de Lesseps and Carole Radziwill are still beefing, prompting Tinsley to get a bit sassy with Luann on Carole's behalf. This then led to Lu venting to Sonja. Ramona Singer and Bethenny Frankel are also not on the best of terms after their tiff over real estate, and by next episode, we'll finally learn why the relationship between Bethenny and Carole is strained as well.
Does anyone get along anymore?
