John Cena Says 'I Still Would Love to Marry' Nikki Bella as He Gets 'Honest' About Split
View StoryCena's latest comments come after another round of TV interviews on Wednesday for Bella.
When asked what it would take to fix things between the WWE stars after the split, Nikki told ET, "Time. It's going to take time. Honestly, only time can tell."
"John is absolutely an amazing man, he's such a sweetheart, and I truly love him so much. He's my best friend. But I think, a lot of us that go through the wedding process, we kind of have to face ... we're forced to face these issues we have hiding deep down inside and I just know that a healthy me will be a healthy us," she also said on "TODAY."
"I do have hope for our future, but I know right now I need to work on me and before I do say those vows and walk down that aisle, I don't want to be hesitant, I don't want to be regretful," she continued. "I think when you sacrifice for so long, it's like, you can give so much and you kind of get tired of giving and someone wants to give it back and you just already feel exhausted."
