After years of hoping, Nikki Bella is finally getting what she wants: a baby with the man of her dreams, John Cena.
During their reconciliation over an intimate dinner on this past Sunday's episode of "Total Bellas,", John changed his mind about kids (finally) and agreed that he would give Nikki a child in order to stay with her. A preview from this Sunday's episode shows Nikki's celebration with sister Brie Bella.
