Same, Offset. Same. Fans have been waiting since Cardi gave birth on July 10 to get a glimpse of the couple's first child, Kulture Kiari Cephus. And a reveal during a live broadcast wouldn't have exactly been new territory for the rapper. She first revealed her pregnancy during a performance on "Saturday Night Live" back in April.
