Jimmy Kimmel tricked people into believing Kid Rock won the Michigan Senate seat in the midterm elections on Tuesday.
The late-night host sent a camera crew to the streets of Hollywood to prank unsuspecting pedestrians for a special "Kid Rock the Vote" edition of his "Lie Witness News" segment.

People on the street were then asked about the "All Summer Long" singer's completely fabricated policies, including legalizing crystal meth for medicinal purposes and lowering the age to buy scratch-off lottery tickets to age 10. They even used footage from a Kid Rock concert and told people it was his victory speech.
"Senator Buddy Humpson, I'm disgusted and appalled that you won," a person said after being told that was Rock's birth name (it's Robert James Ritchie).
