The Board of Immigration Appeals announced Thursday that Joe's deportation appeal had been denied, meaning he's now one step closer to being sent back to Italy indefinitely. Joe will remain in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials at an unknown location, where he's been since his prison release last month.
