The 2019 MTV Video Music Awards have found their host.
During Tuesday night's episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," MTV announced Sebastian Maniscalco will host the "VMAs" live from Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey on August 26.

Maniscalco had had many accolades in recent years. The "Green Book" star was named the 2018 Billboard "Comedian of the Year" and was included on Forbes' 2017 and 2018 list of "The World's Highest Paid Comedians."
Maniscalco will next be seen in Martin Scorsese's highly-anticipated film "The Irishman" starring Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci. The stand-up comic is also touring throughout North America for his "You Bother Me" tour.
