Something their guest said really clicked with Willow Smith.
Being a people pleaser has its downside.
On Monday's new episode of "Red Table Talk" on Facebook Watch, Jada Pinkett Smith, daughter Willow and mom Adrienne Banfield Norris are joined by psychologist Dr. Ramani Durvasula to talk all things narcissism.
In this exclusive sneak peek, the women talk about how people pleasers actually feed into narcissists, something Willow would connect with.

"People pleasers are very vulnerable to narcissism," explained Dr. Durvasula. "But they fall for it because they want to fix and they run around in circles and they keep giving that narcissist all the supply the narcissist wants. 'You're so great, I'm so lucky.'"
"Isn't people pleasing part of just wanting to be accepted and liked?" asked Norris. "Why can't you just be enough without doing all the effort?" Durvasula wondered in return.
Hearing the women speak, Willow could relate. "Low key, I might have a little bit of that," she said.
"A lot of women do," Durvasula told her. "But a lot of people, especially women, grow up believing they have to do to earn love."
The conversation was certainly sparking something in Jada as well, as she exclaimed that she needed to start seeing the psychologist "for my codependence" issues.
On Monday's full episode, the women will have "a revealing discussion around self-obsession and explains how to both identify and manage the narcissists in your life."
