Nikki Glaser got candid on The Tonight Show about Ozempic. As a user of the diabetes drug herself, she posted her transformation on Instagram and explained, "Oh, I love it, I love. I’m like, do it, do it." In response to Ozempic critics, Glaser exclaimed, "I feel like there’s this shame. And the shame is only from thin people who want you to stay fat. [...] It’s suddenly all these thin white women who are like, ‘Diabetics need their meds.’ No, I think you’re upset that Kathy Bates has a thigh gap. She’s coming for you."

Amy Schumer says that 3 years after "puking" from trying Wegovy, she's now trying Mounjaro, as well as estrogen and progesterone for her perimenopause symptoms, and she says her experience has been "great." Schumer added, "It’s not covered by insurance unless you have diabetes or like severe obesity, which most of the internet thinks I have. But I’m having a really good experience with it and I wanted to keep it real with you about that."

Hacks' Meg Stalter called out those who "lie" about using Ozempic, saying, "We know if you’re on it because you’re s—ing your pants." She added, "How is that hotter than being fat? That is insane to me. I would rather be 500 lbs. than s—ing all day. That’s so gross ... if you’re taking a drug on purpose just so you lose 10 pounds then, honey, we liked you a little chubbier."

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 9 runner-up Peppermint told Page Six she has lost 100 pounds, after years of struggling to manage her weight, admitting she first got on Ozempic after she was "diagnosed as pre-diabetic a couple of years ago." She added, "I’m very grateful that I’m at a point now where I have access to levels of healthcare that I didn’t have before ... I was really worried that my life was going to change irreversibly once I crossed that threshold [into diabetes]."

Amy Schumer shared on The Howard Stern show that when she tried Ozempic almost three years ago, it caused her to be "bedridden" with nausea. She explained her bad reaction was due to the GDF15 gene, that causes her to be more prone to vomiting. "I lost 30 pounds so quick. I looked great and I couldn't lift my head off the pillow, so what's the point?" she shared, adding, "I tried it and I was vomiting and I'm in bed and my son's like, 'Can you play tag?' I'm like, 'I can't.' I was shriveling."

Josh Gad is using GLP-1 medication for weight loss, calling it a "miracle drug" after losing 40-lbs on a different drug that caused intestinal issues. "I'm figuring out this new one, and it is life-changing," he said on Armchair Expert, adding that he knows he still needs a "healthy relationship" with both food and exercise. "Sometimes I feel like I'm cheating myself by doing this," he added, saying the weight loss made him wonder, "I've always been the funny fat guy. Can I be the funny skinny guy?"

Real Housewives star Cynthia Bailley shared about her negative experience with Ozempic. In an interview, she explained she tried Ozempic because her peers were using it but ended up stopping, explaining it took the fun out of eating: "I didn't enjoy it because when I get my crab cake and my salad and my oysters and my BBQ ribs, I want to enjoy it. I was just literally looking at the food like, 'What is this? What am I supposed to do with this?'" She doesn't extend any hate to people who use Ozempic, but she prefers the support system and more traditional methods of Weight Watchers.

Model Brooks Nader shared that she briefly tried Ozempic during its early popularity, but ended up giving up the weight-loss drug for Dancing With the Stars. In a recent interview with Us Magazine, she said, "It made me really nauseous. I liked it — I am not going to lie — and when I went on Dancing with the Stars, I could not do both." Nader added the drug made her lose "a little bit of the motivation and the strength to work out" and "It was one or the other, and I picked [DWTS]. I put the shot away."

Bonnie Chapman, daughter of the late Beth Chapman and Dog the Bounty Hunter, went from 196 pounds to 126 pounds. However, she used the weight loss drug Tirezepatide after having a negative experience with Ozempic. Of the latter, she said, "I could not eat without feeling nauseous. I could not eat at all, sometimes. My body did not like it." However, with Tirezepatide, she said she was able to overcome nausea within a week, eat smaller portions and feel full, while not actively craving foods that could contribute to weight gain.

Comedian Jim Gaffigan confirmed to PEOPLE he's lost 50 pounds thanks to Mounjaro. This after telling Us Magazine he realized he needed to make a change when he was around "probably 270" pounds. "I was so paranoid that I was going to be nauseous that I kind of put it off, but then it kind of worked," he told the outlet, adding it's "odd" there's a "stigma" around using the drugs. "I'm kind of like a square Midwesterner. I will never look super thin," he added.

Dog the Bounty Hunter's daughter Bonnie Chapman shared an Instagram video, in which she revealed she's "lost 58 pounds in the last 10 months" by using tirzepatide, and praised the weight loss drug. The 25-year-old said it was "impossible" for her to lose weight in the past due to having PCOS. Chapman said tirzepatide made it so she processes food "a little bit slower" so she "stay[s] full longer." She added, "Here I am, 10 months later, I am so in love with the results. I am able to look at myself in the mirror and feel so proud of where I've gotten. I am at my goal weight."

Bunnie XO shared her recent experiences with tirzepatide on her Dumb Blonde podcast, saying that after five days she almost went to the hospital she was so dehydrated from diarrhea. She praised husband Jelly Roll's tour nurse: "She gave me two IV bags and some magnesium, and I felt like a new woman." She says she's lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks, but is taking the meds "to regulate my hormones because I believe I have PCOS." It's been an up-and-down experience, but she told her followers she's "back to pooping normally in case everybody wants to know."

Fat Joe is no longer living up to his stage name, as the rapper told 'US Weekly' all about his journey with Ozempic and losing over 200 pounds. He explained, "Ozempic says you may only have two pieces of your favorite stuff," and while taking the Type 2 diabetes drug, he cut out most carbohydrates and sugars. For example, in the morning, he might only eat the corner of a piece of toast to supplement the rest of his meal. As he went on his journey, he explained a body is like a computer and responds to what one programs/eats, and that as he has gotten older, his physical health has been tied to mental health. Now 200 pounds down, Fat Joe, isn't really "fat," but he assured his fans that the stage name is not going anywhere.

James Corden revealed he tried Ozempic, adding, "and it won’t be surprising to you when you look at me now, that it didn’t really work." He explained trying it "for a bit" made him realize his eating habits had nothing "to do with being hungry," so suppressing his appetite didn't help. "It is not that," he said, "it's something else."

After showing off her recent weight loss -- writing, "FINE BOTH WAYS 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨" -- Lizzo was met with Ozempic speculation by fans in the comments. In a followup video, she wrote, "When you finally get ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit" -- before hitting back at one follower asking if she used weight loss drugs or cocaine by saying, "Whyyy do you follow me?"

After admitting to using Ozempic in early 2024, RHOSLC's Heather Gay later said she "can't win" when it comes to her weight. "I got shamed for being overweight and I got shamed for being on medication," she told E!, adding, ""I'm feel the same. I feel like I liked myself then, I like myself now. It's just Ozempic became available and it worked for me."

Lottie Moss, model and half-sister of Kate Moss, says she started noticing extreme side effects -- like losing color in her face -- after losing 15 pounds in a matter of weeks on Ozempic. At one point, she couldn't keep food or water down and was taken to the hospital, where she suffered a seizure and learned she was taking double the dose for someone her size. "This is a warning to everyone. Please, if you're thinking of taking it, do not take it, it's so not worth it," she said.

After receiving compliments on how "tea" her body looks in a new selfie, Ice Spice said to her followers: "I actually came on here to talk about that real quick. Cuz I was like, bitch, I wish y'all never learned the word Ozempic. That’s one thing I wish. Oh my God! Like what even is Ozempic? What the f–k is that? Genuinely, what is that? Like, you lazy bitches never heard of the gym? It’s called the gym, it’s called eating healthy, it’s called being on tour."

After previously opening up about using Ozempic as a tool to use weight after gaining 18lbs. during her IVF journey, Real Housewives of Dubai star Caroline Stanbury told Page Six she vomited after drinking while on the drug. "If you haven't projectile vomited on Ozempic, you haven’t lived yet," she shared, saying it happened to her at The Abbey bar in West Hollywood. While she has cut back on drinking, it's mainly due to "horrible hangovers" and not because of her experience at The Abbey.

After telling TooFab her "body didn't take it well," Macy Gray speaks more about her Ozempic experience on The Surreal Life -- admitting she's "kind of a vain person" and started taking it before the show because she "didn't want to be super fat on TV." Describing her side effects, she said, "My stomach hurts. I've just been really constipated. I was up all night."

Bella Thorne shared she hasn't "been feeling good about my body for a while," saying weight loss drugs are "setting all these crazy beauty standards that nobody can keep up with unless you're on Ozempic." In a bikini video she added, "I'm finally feeling good about myself ... so Ozempic, you can," she continued, before flipping off the camera.

After Alabama Barker turned to weight loss drugs "because I'm tired of being fat and photographing like a damn ogre," Abigail Breslin shared on Instagram, "This makes me super sad." Breslin, who is "several years free of my own ED," added, "I have zero judgement towards people who take medications like this but the fact that she started taking weight loss meds because of online comments is absolutely devastating. Please everyone, let's just be kinder. You have no idea how traumatizing these kind of comments can be. She’s a beautiful girl ... this is awful. And it makes me really sad. Sending love her way."

In a makeup tutorial, Alabama Barker revealed she is using weight loss medication, without specifying which one. "I have this thing where I photograph so ugly and people are like, 'You're so fat and you're so ugly,'" she shared, adding that she doesn't believe she looks that way in person. "But I'm on weight loss medication because I'm tired of being fat and photographing like a damn ogre,'" she added.

Shanna Moakler revealed she started using Mounjaro to lose weight after the deaths of both her parents in 2023. "I was in a very, very dark place. I stopped dieting. I stopped exercising. I just ate like s--t," she said of her weight gain. "I was so devastated, and I missed my f---ing mom and dad. I was like, 'I'm going to f---ing eat the pain away."

Kandi Burruss reveals she tried Ozempic but didn't see any results. During an episode of Page Six's Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, she shared: "I didn't lose any weight! When you see it worked for other people and it doesn't work for you, it makes you depressed. Realistically, it makes you feel like, 'What is wrong? Why is it not working for me?' My doctor was like, 'I don't know what the problem is, I'm not seeing this in other people.' It didn't curb my appetite."

Adam Lambert admits to using controversial weight loss medicine Mounjaro, revealing on an Instagram live that he lost nearly 60 pounds.

Ashley Benson hits back at claims she's using Ozempic after a recent selfie she posted, one user wrote: "how was she JUST pregnant?!?" Benson replied on her story, "Comments like this are so funny to me. I know a lot of people take ozempic and that’s totally fine. To each their own. But don’t discredit people who also work very hard to get their body back like I’ve done with mine. Getting back to work forced me to focus on my health and working out and I wanted to feel confident and good about myself. And again couldn’t do this without my @melissawoodtepperberg app"

Jesse Plemons denies using Ozempic after his recent dramatic weight loss. Speaking with the LA Times he reveals: "It’s really unfortunate that I decided to get healthy when everyone decided to take Ozempic. It doesn’t matter. Everyone’s going to think I took Ozempic anyways." He continued, "Several people talked to me about intermittent fasting and I just gave it a shot and was surprised at how quickly it was effective."

RHOC star Braunwyn Windham-Burke jokes fiancée Jen Spinner is "starving" now that she's started taking Ozempic. "I don't want to cook because I can't eat! Feed yourself!" she quipped to Us Weekly, adding that she feels "amazing" and loves that "I can fit in my old clothes." Bottom line: "I needed help. I got help. My wife is hungry."

Kelly Clarkson revealed she used a drug to aid her weight loss journey on her talk show. "Mine is a different one than people assume, but I ended up having to do that too because my blood work got so bad," she said. "You know what’s funny? Is I didn’t see it. My doctor chased me for like two years and I was like no, I’m afraid of it, I already have thyroid problems. I was afraid. It’s something that aids in helping break down the sugar. Obviously my body doesn’t do it right. But seeing yourself… I didn’t see it."

Whoopi Goldberg revealed she "weighed almost 300 pounds" in 2021 when she filmed Till, before adding that, "one of the things that's helped me drop the weight is Mounjaro. That's what I use." During an episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, she added she lost the weight of "almost two people." Goldberg explained, "I'm doing that wonderful shot that works for folks who need some help and it's been really good for me, it's great for people like us who have, you know, issues."

Food Network's Sandra Lee said she recently lost 10 pounds using an unnamed weight loss drug -- but it didn't go well. "One of them put me in bed for an entire week," she told Fox News Digital. "I lost ten pounds, but I was sick as sick could be. And so, I don’t know, for every person, it's what their body can handle and tolerate. It wasn’t for me."

Jon Gosselin opened up about his journey with Ozempic, sharing that he wishes he started using it many years ago. "You know what's annoying? The regret of not starting it 10 years ago," he told Page Six. The reality star also revealed that he's lost 32 pounds since he started taking Ozempic in February. "I feel amazing! Like, why didn't I do this sooner? Maybe it wasn’t the right time," he said, also adding that the medication has helped him "stop drinking" and get his appetite "under control."

Sunny Hostin also revealed she started using Mounjaro after gaining 40 pounds during the pandemic. Though she says she got "nasty" messages about how "skinny" she looked, she said her cholesterol dropped and she now fees better and thinks she looks better than ever, "and that's what this is about for people."

Ree Drummond denies the use of Ozempic after recent weight loss, opening up in her blog post, she reveals: "I did not take Ozempic, Wegovy, or similar medications, I know this has been a big topic in recent years, so I thought I'd add this paragraph. For me, the simple, boring truth is that when I set out to lose weight in January of 2021, I had never heard of that class of drugs. And to be honest, if I had heard of them and had seen all the results that are out there, I might have been tempted to try them," adding: "You'll never hear a second of judgment from me about people who choose that direction!"

Claudia Oshry, also known as Girl with No Job on TikTok, says she's " so hungry all the mother-f---ing time" months after she stopped taking Ozempic. Oshry lost 70 pounds from October 2022-November 2023 -- and now says, "I cannot stay full, it's impossible. I just had a 12 oz. steak and I'm starving so I'm eating popcorn. How are we staying full?"

Rob Lowe shares his thoughts on the weight loss drug trend in Hollywood, when interviewing with People, he reveals: "I see people who are taking all the new weight loss drugs and that's great, and it's really changed their lives. But my concern always is, okay, now what?" He continues, "What’s the plan for the longevity of everything? I never ever talk about diets, I talk about lifestyle."

Kelly Osbourne reveals why she supports the use of Ozempic in Hollywood. When asked how she felt about the trend, the former reality star didn't hold back her support, "I think it's amazing and I think it's great for them," she continued, "There are a million ways to lose weight why not do it through something that isn't as boring as working out? People hate on it because they want to do it, and the people who hate on it the most, the people who are secretly doing it are pissed off they can't afford it."

Scheana Shay denied using Ozempic after recent weight loss -- and instead blamed it on the fallout from Tom Sandoval's affair with Rachel Leviss. During the season 11 premiere of Vanderpump Rules, the reality star shared how the affair affected her body, saying: "You know how many people have asked me if I’m on Ozempic lately? No, it’s called Scandoval." She also said she cut alcohol and marijuana out of her life while on Zoloft -- which she started taking when the Scandoval affected her OCD and anxiety.

50 Cent insists he hasn't used any sort of weight loss medicine to lose his weight, the rapper took to Instagram saying: "Everybody talking about weight loss. I was in the gym. I was working the f--k out, man. Who says Ozempic? I was running,” he continued, “I was running, I was doing what I had to do."

Dr. Terry Dubrow said he tried Ozempic because many of his patients were on it and he "wanted to see what it was like when you're not diabetic." While he said he was a "huge fan" of the "miracle" drug, he didn't like the "low-grade nausea" that came with it for him and felt it "really took … all the joy of eating away."

In his 2024 memoir, Boy George reveals he had a tummy tuck, tried Ozempic and is currently using Mounjaro. "I have struggled with my weight most of my life and being under public and media scrutiny doesn't help," he wrote. "I love food and I can't control my appetite, but I think I have finally got it under control. Well, I'm on Mounjaro. Isn't everyone? Trust me anyone who was fat last year and is now skinny is on the wonder drug."

Oprah Winfrey confirmed that in addition to regular exercise and lifestyle changes, she also added weight-loss medication into her routine after she "released my own shame about it." Though she wouldn't name which product she uses, she said she uses it "as I feel I need it, as a tool to manage not yo-yoing." She added, "The fact that there's a medically approved prescription for managing weight and staying healthier, in my lifetime, feels like relief, like redemption, like a gift, and not something to hide behind and once again be ridiculed for. I'm absolutely done with the shaming from other people and particularly myself."

Jennifer Fessler claims her weight loss drug use landed her in the hospital. On an episode of Two Jersey Js, the RHONJ star said, "I have been on, and I'm not going to call it Ozempic — that's been the umbrella name. But I've been on semaglutide for over a year now, and I've lost maybe 22 pounds." She continued, "I'm not afraid of Ozempic and I will tell you I have had an experience that was not good — and I'm pretty positive it was about the semaglutide — where I had to go to the hospital for an impacted bowel … and I'm still not nervous about it." She said she wasn't eating healthy and became constipated, adding she was "to blame" for her medical issue.

Maria Bello reveals she tried Ozempic, taking to Instagram to write: "I went through the first half of menopause during Covid and tried everything to keep it at bay. I took bio-identical hormones (and still do), dieted harder and faster but still managed to gain 15 pounds, tried Ozempic for a week but gave up after the constant nausea and vomiting, got rid of the waddle on my neck, tried Botox, fillers and lasers, face creams, cellulite machines, face threads, teeth straightening and more. I did copious amounts of therapy, including micro-dosing psilocybin, left Hollywood and all social media and at the end of it all finally moved to Paris." She said she hoped to share her journey to inspire other women to "embrace" menopause, instead of trying to "avoid" it."

Rep. George Santos confirmed he uses Ozempic for weight loss in an appearance on Meghan McCain's podcast Megan McCain Has Entered the Chat. "In January 2022, I weighed myself in at 350 pounds and I said, 'No. This has to change,'" he explained. "In December 2022, I weighed myself in before the New Year rang in and I was 251 pounds, so that's 99 pounds in a year." Santos also revealed he was pre-diabetic, explaining: "It totally helped. I think the FDA should really consider looking into it and seeing it as an option for weight loss. Obesity is the number one cause of death in this country." Saying he'll likely be on it forever, he added, "It's fantastic ... I love it."

Sharon Osbourne opened up about her 30-pound weight loss due to Ozempic during an appearance on Talk TV's Piers Morgan Uncensored, admitting she's now "too skinny." "It's just time to stop, I didn't actually want to go this thin, but it just happened," she said, adding that she's "probably put it all on again soon." The former Talk cohost -- who lost the significant amount of weight over a span of four months -- previously got candid about the unpleasant side effects, telling Bill Maher, "The first few weeks was f--king s--t because you just throw up all the time. You feel so nauseous. After a couple of weeks, it goes, and then you’re just fine, you feel nothing. Just not hungry."

Tracy Morgan says he's on Ozempic and he "ain't letting it go." The actor appeared on the TODAY show on Monday and said the prescription was responsible for his transformation. "It cuts my appetite in half," he explained. "Now I only eat half a bag of Doritos." Then miming plunging a syringe into his stomach he said, "I take Ozempic every Thursday." Although the prescription drug was not entirely responsible for his current physique, as he noted, "I get up at 7 every morning, and I'm in the gym at 10. Then I go back to sleep. And that's my life."

RHONJ star Dolores Catania -- who says she's "insulin resistance/pre-diabetic" -- confirmed she took Ozempic for two years, before her doctor switched her to Mounjaro, another anti-diabetic medication, earlier this year. "I'm down 20 pounds," she told The Sun, "Right now, I'm 137. I was 157 when I started." She told the outlet that the weight loss "doesn't happen overnight" and "it doesn't come off easy," also crediting workouts with her transformation.

Raven-Symone issued a warning to those who used the diabetes medications solely for weight loss, while saying she has pre-diabetes in her family and is "more susceptible to getting diabetes" herself. Speaking with E!, she said, "I think it's very important we understand certain medications are made for certain people -- and to not take that away just for glamazon purposes. Do what you gotta do, just make sure you save the medication for the people who actually need it."

RHOC star Emily Simpson revealed in an interview with Jeff Lewis that her doctor recommended Ozempic to her back in December 2022, after a blood panel showed she was pre-diabetic and had high cholesterol. She said it was "a great kickstart" for her because it helped curb her of her "bad" snacking habits -- but added she only lost 5-7 pounds while on it for just a month and stopped taking it because it made her feel "lethargic." She followed that up with lipo on her arms and a breast reduction in January 2023, has since "changed my diet completely" and now feels "the healthiest I've ever been."

Pregnant Vanderpump Rules alum Stassi Schroeder appeared on Call Her Daddy with Alex Cooper and said of Ozempic, "Oh my god, I really want to try it when I give birth, the amount of times I've researched this being like, 'I mean, I think it's safe and healthy. Like, I think it's good for you. It's like taking vitamins.'"

Amy Schumer revealed on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she tried Ozempic, before giving it up. "Like a year ago, I tried it. I was one of those people that felt so sick and couldn't play with my son. I was so skinny and he's throwing a ball at me and [I couldn't]," she said. "And you're like, 'OK, this isn't livable for me.' But I immediately invested because I knew everyone was going to try it." She also urged those who do use weight loss drugs or have work done to "Be real with the people."
