Trainor confessed on the Workin On It podcast that they chose the prescription after extensive research and deciding to go on the lowest dose. They also exercise and eat balanced meals to work with the medication: "We were like, ‘We have to make sure we don't lose muscle, that we worked so hard gaining all those years.'
