She also gets facials, filler --including lip filler twice a year-- and laser hair removal, specifically the Labzilliann, for the belly button and backside. According to Gay, it makes you "smooth like a dolphin." She also gets Sculptra, a collagen stimulator that involves needles and estimated $4,000 per treatment. She's had two nose jobs, with the second one being a corrective one after she was unhappy with the first's results. She also had blepharoplasty, which is an eyelid excision that helps open up one's eyes. Gay's husband paid for her mommy makeover, which included a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation. She's also lost 30 pounds using GLP-1 drugs. When talking about plastic surgery, the Housewife told Bustle, "I think there should be no shame in people wanting to change the way they look, but I also see that the standard of beauty has become more and more artificial for women. Being on TV, it’s really, really hard to see yourself constantly and to be amongst women who are physically flawless in every way. Everyone has perfect teeth, lashes, and hair.
