Emma Watson has gone from awkward little girl to fashionista right before our own eyes.
Check out her gorgeous photos from the July issue of Vogue below. Famed photographer Mario Testino shot the "Harry Potter" star. For the photos, Watson was styled with slicked back hair, defined eyes and a deep red lip.
In the accompanying interview, Watson revealed her love of beauty and fashion.
While on the "Potter" set, she would often experiment in the make-up trailer. “That was my playground," Watson told Vogue. "I would sit and play with lipsticks, foundations, and eye shadows; and every now and then Amanda [Knight, head of make-up) would let me do the extras' face paint for the Quidditch matches.”
Watson has collaborated with People Tree, a fair-trade clothing organization, on three collections. “It was such hard work,” she admitted. “I didn't realize what I was taking on. I was doing twelve-hour days on 'Harry Potter' and then coming home to work for two more hours, sizing and cutting designs.”
Italian designer Alberta Ferretti reached out to Watson a few months ago to collaborate on an eco-friendly line called Pure Threads. “I practically cried,” Watson said of the experience. Their collaboration resulted in a five-piece capsule that debuted in March to favorable reviews.
