Mariah Carey is whipping herself back in shape -- and shared a photo today of her workout routine with 5 Jack Russell terriers!
The new mom, who gave birth to twins in April, posted the pic of her post-baby curves on her Twitter, writing "And They Call It Puppy Love" ... me & dem pups at it again!"
Earlier this week she also tweeted a shot of her back in the studio with Jermaine Dupri, so we might be hearing some new music soon!
