The young star was spotted in NYC yesterday doing some shopping, where she stopped traffic in short shorts, a see-thru top and knee-high boots. It was definitely a whole lotta look!
The wild ensemble definitely showed why Cyrus won Choice Hottie at this weekend's Teen Choice Awards, which she didn't attend. With those legs and tight tummy, Cyrus is looking more fit than ever.
