"The Secret Life of the American Teenager" includes dying your hair red and going makeup-free -- well, for star Shailene Woodley anyway.
The 21-year-old was spotted in New York over the weekend, showing off her bare face and new red locks while dressed casually in black pants and a tan sweater.
The California native's ABC Family series wraps up its fifth and final season in June, though Shailene will definitely be keeping busy.
After earning a Golden Globe nomination last year for her performance as George Clooney's daughter in "The Descendants," she's set to continue her film career as Mary Jane Watson in a little movie called "The Amazing Spider-Man 2." (Now that red hair makes sense!)
