Holly Madison recently gave birth to her first child, daughter Rainbow Aurora .... and, like any reality TV star, she did it on camera.
On last night's E! special "Holly Has a Baby," fans got a very intimate look inside the delivery room as the former Playboy model pushed out her little girl.
And it was emotional.
Moments before Rainbow Aurora made her big reality TV debut, Holly had a mini breakdown, bursting into tears and crying out "I'm scared" as she made the final push. Once Rainbow arrived, the new mom is heard telling her "I love you, Hi baby!"
During the show, Holly and baby daddy Pasquale Rotella also revealed when they're going to tie the knot -- announcing a August 14, 2013 wedding date.
One can only assume a wedding special will air on E! later this year.
