The new mom showed off her shrinking waist while leaving a medical center in Beverly Hills, on Wednesday.
The now-blonde bombshell looked chic for her casual outing, sporting a white blouse which was belted at the waist and olive slacks.
Kim's been keeping a low profile ever since she gave birth in June ... but she's slowly coming back into the spotlight.
The 33-year-old recently appeared in a home video (not the one you think) while driving around with sisters Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Kourtney's baby daddy Scott Disick, as they sang along to Drake.
