With just a few weeks to go until her due date, Kim Kardashian isn't exactly feeling 100 percent. The 35-year-old took to Instagram on Monday and shared a photo of her very big bump while also giving her followers a health update.
"37 WEEKS x SINUS INFECTION x FLU," she captioned the photo.
In the pic, Kim's belly and cleavage are front and center, as she wears a tight white shirt, camo jacket and gray pants.
The soon to be mom-of-two is expecting a boy with hubby Kanye West and has been vocal about her difficult pregnancy, revealing that she is suffering from numerous health issues and even admitting that she finds the whole experience "awful."
"I just don't think pregnancy and me really agree with each other," she told E! News. "You know, it was really hard for me to get pregnant so I do feel really blessed that I am pregnant and, at the end of the day, it is a million times worth it."
"I'm really not complaining, I'm just being honest and being honest about [it]. I hate it," Kim continued. "You know pregnancy is not for me…You know I've heard stories forever about how amazing pregnancy is from my mom and Kourtney and that's just not the case for me and I'm not going to sit here and lie and act like it's the most blissful experience. It's awful."
North West's mama also revealed that her baby was in breech position and she'd have to deliver the baby by C-section, something she wasn't crazy about. The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star shared on her website that she underwent a procedure over the weekend to have her baby turned.
"I checked into the hospital and underwent a procedure called an ECV (External Cephalic Version, or a Version), which is done to manually turn the baby from a breech position to a head-down position," she explained. "They gave me an IV with medication to relax my uterus, and then three doctors attempted to work together to turn the baby. There was a risk that my water might break or the baby's heart rate could drop—in which case, an emergency C-section would then take place. I went in with my sisters and my husband. I was prepared for it all!"
And while everything went smoothly for the star, she couldn't help but share some intense details of the procedure!
"They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!!"
