Christina Aguilera -- the newly appointed Ambassador Against Hunger for the UN's World Food Programme -- visited Haiti this week to help with the national recovery effort.
The "Not Myself Tonight" singer visited two schools in the devastated country on Tuesday -- where she shared a meal with the children and sang "Happy Birthday Haiti" to highlight the nation's rebirth after the earthquake.

Aguilera told Oprah last week: “A child dies every six seconds of hunger which is a huge statistic for me. After having my own child I just had to be a part of it and do something about it and help change that situation.”
