Spotted: "Gossip Girl" star Leighton Meester at the famed Eiffel Tower in Paris with co-stars Selena Gomez and former "Melrose Place" tenant Katie Cassidy.
The three lucky ladies are in the City of Light to film their new flick, "Monte Carlo," which also stars "Glee's" Cory Monteith. (Check out Selena's tweets from the set!)
