K-Stew wore a white, one sleeve embriodered mini-dress with cutouts from the designer's Autumn/Winter 2009-2010 Haute Couture collection (left), while D-Fann (yep, just made it up) rocked a beige, one shoulder, lace cocktail dress from Spring 2010 (right).
