Lisa Rinna went under the knife for a lip reduction surgery in August -- and last night, we got our first look at her new mouth.
Rinna, who had silicone injected into her lips back in the '80s, tells PEOPLE she got the procedure on her upper lip because her infamous kisser "started to define who I am."
She adds that instead of feeling "bumpy and uneven … my lip has no lumps! It's smooth."
Rinna wasn't talking about the surgery last night, but she looked happy to have the results photographed.
