Mariah Carey put her baby bump on display last night -- and everyone wanted to give it a touch.
Ellen DeGeneres and Mariah's hubby Nick Cannon both had their hands on Carey's belly at Sunday night's Christmas in Washington 2010 at the National Building Museum in D.C.
Mariah, who announced she was pregnant back in October, is due in spring.
