"Jersey Shore" star Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVelcchio has inked a deal to produce a line of T-shirts, TooFab has exclusively learned.
The T-shirt collection, called "Dirty Beats," will be produced by the company Dirty Couture. But DJ Pauly D isn't just lending his name to the collection: Sources tell TooFab that he's signed a deal for 50 percent ownership in the clothing company with his childhood friend and business partner, Pasquale Dipippo.
Sources add that DJ Pauly D has turned down other clothing endorsement deals, since they wouldn't have allowed him to be in direct control of the product.
DJ Pauly D is involved with the day-to-day operations of the business, including design. He's even had the company's signature star logo tattooed on his elbow!
