Now that Paul McDonald has been eliminated from "American Idol," he has time to pursue his other interest: "Twilight" star Nikki Reed.
The musician with the megawatt smile shared the news on his post-elimination press call.
"Yes, me and Nikki Reed are dating. It's officially true. She's super smart and a super cool girl, so I'm happy with it. We've been hanging out here and there. We're both pretty busy, but it's been fun so far."
Don't be surprised if the 26-year-old steps out in his infamous embroidered white suit on a date with Reed, since he paid for it out of his own money.
"I broke my bank on that first white suit before I came out to Hollywood. So yeah, I get to keep all of those. They were custom-made for me; my friend back home made them for me. Now I got the white and the black one, so I'll get to keep them forever and wear them for my birthday and for New Year's."
As long as they don't go out for Italian food, he'll be fine -- tomato sauce stains!
