The singer, who just released her new single "Run the World (Girls)" this week, was spotted doing a photo shoot for Harper's Bazaar at the Ritz Carlton in the City of Light -- where she took a moment to send some love to her fans below by forming a heart with her hands.
Today's events are vastly different from what B was up to yesterday, when the usually glamorous gal was spotted at Disney wearing a Goofy hat!
