The two were spotted together last night at PINZ bowling alley in Studio City -- where they looked romantically intertwined, holding hands with Josh's arm around Vanessa's waist.
Last month, Vanessa told Ellen DeGeneres she and Josh were "friends" who met while filming "Journey to Mysterious Island" -- but since then, he's been spotted with her at Coachella and in Las Vegas for her birthday.
