"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans is back in North Carolina with her adorable son after completing a 30-day rehab stint in Malibu, CA.
Evans, who entered rehab on her own after pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia in April, went back home to Oak Island, NC -- and though they've had issues in the past, it looks like she's living with her mom, Barbara.
The 19-year-old MTV reality TV star was photographed out with 22-month-old son Jace, who's starting to look so big thanks to a new short haircut. It appears MTV cameras were there filming.
The new season of "Teen Mom," starring original moms Amber Portwood, Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout and Catelynn Lowell, starts up July 5.
