Jill Zarin is sharing a painful beauty secret on "The Real Housewives of New York" -- by allowing cameras to follow her as she gets a "liquid facelift."
In a sneak peek from tonight's episode, Zarin is seen getting injections from NY dermatologist Dr. Patricia Wexler.
"I started doing a liquid facelift about 2 years ago and I do it every five or 6 months," the 47-year-old explains. "It's very subtle and you shouldn't really notice it, but it wards off the sagging and the aging process."
