Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo will tie the know any day now, and it looks like they'll be moving in together rather than living at Nick's current home.
The former 98 Degrees frontman put his Bel Air bachelor pad up for sale a little over two weeks ago. The asking price? Just under $6 million. The 4,722 square-foot, single-story home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It's situated on the top of a private knoll and has 300-degree views of Los Angeles. Check out photos of the home below:
The photos highlight the property's outdoor pool area, which boasts a sunning deck and twin cabanas. There's a second, larger deck used for dining and entertaining. The interior boasts dark, hardwood floors, a gourmet kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
There are definitely bachelor touches -- a screening room with giant flat-screen TV, a pool table, animal skin rugs and framed athletic jerseys (Matt Leinart and Ken Griffey). Wonder if Vanessa will let him keep those in their new shared home?
After splitting from Jessica Simpson, Lachey bought the house from Seal and Heidi Klum in 2006 for $5 million. He listed it last June and reportedly got several offers, but took it off the market in September.
As for his upcoming nuptials, no date has been announced but the couple held a wedding shower in late May. Vanessa threw a sexy bachelorette party in Vegas last week.
Earlier this week, it was announced that TLC will cover the wedding for a TV special. It'll be Nick's second televised wedding -- footage from his and Jessica's 2002 ceremony aired on various entertainment shows, including their reality TV series "Newlyweds."
