Reese Witherspoon stepped out Thursday night for the first major event since her scary accident last month. She showed no signs of the black eye or cuts she sustained after being hit by a car while jogging.
Reese and her husband Jim Toth were joined by a slew of celebrities for the Second Annual Art Mere/Art Pere Night presented by CORZO Tequila and Ferrari. The event featured an art auction which benefit The LiveStrong Foundation, which improves the lives of people affected by cancer. The disease was definitely on most of the attendees minds, given the death of Steve Jobs from pancreatic cancer the day before.

Reese floated around the exhibit, checking out the art and chatting with Matthew McConaughey and his girlfriend Camila Alves. Emmy winner Melissa McCarthy and her husband Ben enjoyed a night away from their two daughters by looking at the art, while Sanaa Latham and Rachel Roy lounged in the Jetblue area (Lathan wore a beautiful pink Roy dress). Other guests sipped on CORZO cocktails and dined on burgers from Fatburger.
Seen and heard around the event? Johnny Galecki checked out the yellow Ferrari Italia 458 in the courtyard. Molly Sims, fresh off her honeymoon, didn't remember who she was wearing, as did Melissa McCarthy. Pete Wentz struggled with a chicken skewer while "Parks and Recreation" star Aubrey Plaza needed some posing tips on the red carpet.
By night's end, the event raised over $200,000 for LiveStrong!
