Today marks a major milestone in David Arquette's life: He's been sober for a full year!
"Today marks 1 year of sobriety for me," the "Scream" star tweeted earlier today. "I thank God for the strength and guidance and my family and friends for their love and support & I TY."
The congratulations started pouring in after his post, with messages from his "Dancing with the Stars" co-stars Chaz Bono and Ricki Lake.
"So proud of you man," tweeted Chaz, "The first year is such a huge accomplishment, savor it. I'm sending out big love to you pal."
Ricki added "Congratulations David! xoxo"
David memorably went through a rough patch last year marked by some extreme partying after he and estranged wife Courteney Cox separated -- and checked into rehab in January.
