Ex-Spice Girl Mel B. is putting her years of dance experience to good use -- she has just signed on as co-host of the Australian version of "Dancing with the Stars!"
Mel, who took second place when competing on the US version of "DWTS" back in 2007, has signed a deal worth a reported $1 million to host the competition show alongside Aussie talent Daniel MacPherson.
"I've danced all my life but there was something so intoxicating about learning to dance in such a classic, trained way," the former Scary Spice said of her time on "DWTS." "It was intense but I loved every moment. I will be bringing my experiences to the show, and will be very protective of this year's group."
Mel, who already serves as a judge on the Australian version of "The X Factor," was spotted in Sydney over the weekend, where she and her family enjoyed the summer weather! Joined by hubby Stephen Belefonte and her daughters Phoenix (12), Angel (4) and baby Madison (5 months), the 36-year-old looked fit and fabulous as the family spent some time near the water.
