The former talk show host was on Jimmy Kimmel's Oscar special last night, where she really cut loose by showing off her impressive comedic chops ... and fighting skills ... in a hilarious skit.
A 10 minute bit on the special focused on Jimmy pitching new show ideas for Winfrey, including one called "Book Club Fight Club."
