The basketball was snapped wearing an LBD, fake boobs, a wig, earrings, women's shoes and even false eyelashes yesterday. But why?!
Turns out, it's all for Weight Watchers.
Barkley has been a spokesperson for the weight loss company since shedding 41 pounds with them last year and is currently the face of their "Lose Like a Man" campaign. Watch the new ad here.
This isn't Barkley's first time in drag though, he also donned a dress to play a lesbian on "Saturday Night Live" earlier this year.
