It's been almost three years since Kanye West rudely interrupted Taylor Swift during an acceptance speech -- and he's still getting flack for it!
Last night, Jay-Z made fun of the memorable 2009 MTV Music Awards fiasco when he and Kanye went on stage to collect the BET Award for Video of the Year.
After Jay said his thank yous, Kanye took the mic -- but before he could get out a full sentence, Jay cut him off!
"I'm gonna let you continue but ..." Jay-Z joked ... and the crowd went crazy with laughter.
Jay's wife Beyonce and Kanye's date Kim Kardashian were both seen cracking up as some members in the audience even gave Jay a standing ovation for the joke.
Kanye laughed it off too, saying "I was trying to defend your girl!" -- referencing the fact that he cut off Swift because he thought Beyonce deserved her trophy.
