Sharon Osbourne, Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood started the new season of "The Talk" fresh this morning ... and fresh-faced!
To kick off the season with a bang, all five hosts showed up without a stitch of makeup on ... and in Sheryl's case, without her wig on as well.
While all the women still look great, it's Sharon and Julie that really took us by surprise.
Sharon is known for laying the makeup on thick -- but even Gilbert found herself commenting on how beautiful her skin looked without any face paint.
"It's all bought and paid for," Sharon joked ... while adding she also dyes her eyebrows and eyelashes.
And Julie, she looked years younger without her big bouffant hairdo and heavy makeup, leaving Aisha to exclaim "You look thirteen years old, you look so young, it's amazing!"
