Leah Messer has been a busy girl!
On last night's episode of "Teen Mom 2," we saw the 20-year-old mother of twins get engaged and announce a new pregnancy ... despite her friends and family warning her about rushing into things.
Those who have been watching this season have seen how quickly Leah and now-husband Jeremy Calvert have been moving with their relationship ... so his proposal wasn't too much of a surprise.
Check out his cute proposal in the video above.
But hearing Leah explain that she took out her IUD after the engagement (and before the marriage) because she wanted to start a family as soon as possible was a bit of a shock.
Watch the video above to also see her take another pregnancy test ... and tell her twin daughters that she's expecting.
The episode was filmed over a year ago ... and sadly, Leah had a miscarriage in January 2012.
She did get pregnant again (after tying the knot) and Leah and Jeremy are currently expecting a baby girl.
