A pack of B, C and D-list celebrities hit the runway over the weekend ... and showed off the latest versions of their bodies and faces.
Rapper/"Dancing with the Stars" contestant Lil' Kim made major headlines after she was spotted last week looking like the long lost Jackson sister, but at Saturday's Reality of Fashion show benefiting AIDS research and awareness she actually looked more like her former self.
Former "Jersey Shore" star Deena Cortese also showed off her remodeled mug, looking gorgeous (for her) with a perfectly-painted face, veneers, long, managed hair and slimmer figure.
Even Janice Dickinson, the self-proclaimed "World's Oldest First Supermodel," looked great with her severe red lip and glam 'do ... though her Madonna arms are a tad distracting.
Other "stars" at the event included Tiffany "New York" Pollard, Alex McCord, Ramona Singer, Traci DiMarco of "Jerseylicious" and "Bachelor" reject Michelle Money. What, were the gals of "Police Women of Broward County" busy?
