Paris Hilton sure knows how to strike a pose ... even after a seriously "scary" accident!
The blonde heiress posted a series pictures to her Pheed.com account Sunday night after her boyfriend, model River Viiperi, was rushed to the hospital after slicing his leg open on a ski lift.
"Such a scary day on the slopes today," the 32-year-old birthday girl posted. "After seeing the gash on @RiverViiperi's leg, I almost passed out. I have never seen a cut that deep in my life. He is so brave, I can't even imagine the pain he went through today. :("
But the nasty accident didn't stop the twosome from taking full advantage of a photo op, Paris doing her best "concerned" pose as she sat in front of her 21-year-old beau ... who was strapped to a gurney!
Needless to say, River seemed in good spirits regardless of the gash in his leg -- and even managed to give the thumbs up in the picture.
