The 16-year-old was tagged in a photo on Tuesday showcasing a giant piece -- a skull wearing a feather headdress -- on her upper back.
Fear not Jenner fans, it's just sharpie! The reality star's friend posted the photo to her twitter account, writing "Sharpie tatt for KJ! Love you girl! #badwood," along with the pic.
Kendall responded via twitter, "thank you @natwood_xo for the amazing sharpie tat! I loveeeee you're amaz!"
