The "True Blood" star wasted no time getting back to her pre-baby weight and showed off her fit frame at a Tom Ford cocktail party for Project Angel Food last night in Beverly Hills.
Sporting a super sexy, curve-hugging black Tom Ford dress with cutouts, Paquin's physique looked amazing ... though that slicked back hair is up for debate.
With new episodes of "True Blood" due this summer, Anna had to be back into Sookie-shape when the show began filming Season 6 in January.
She and husband Stephen Moyer welcomed twins in September, but have not yet revealed their names.
