On Sunday, the reality star stepped out hand-in-hand with her beau, Kanye West, for a date night in New York.
Kim looked stunning in a black knee-length, skin-tight, Prada oriental style dress with her hair worn straight and a pop of red lipstick.
The 32-year-old has had a lot of misses during her pregnancy, but this outfit was definitely a win. We're not sure how comfortable this look was for the expecting star, but they say beauty is pain. Right?
But Kim is still battling pregnancy pains. On Saturday, the brunette beauty hit the red carpet in another tight black number ... and later tweeted a picture of her swollen feet from her strappy sandals.
